Hmm, about me… where do I start?
I was born in 1983, lived in China (Suzhou for most of the time) until I was 16. Then I went to Charlotte, USA for high school. In year 2002 I moved again to St Andrews, Scotland to attend University of St Andrews and double majored in Internet Computing and Statistics. In the summer of 2006, after graduation, I started working in London for a Investment bank called Dresdner Kleinwort.
In my spare times I like to go out and take photos. London is a really fascinating city, there is always something interesting to capture. I have just started learning to play guitar, not very good at it yet, but will keep practising. Wine and tea are my favorite drinks, of course Banana milkshake is also very welcomed. I enjoy cooking, a lot. I see it as a process of creating something that can bring a smile to people’s faces. It is these little joys that makes our lifes don’t appear as miserable as they really are. As for sports, I practice Aikido, a non-aggressive martial arts that calms your body and mind. Also I play Ultimate Frisbee, a fast moving non-contact game similar to American football, but played with a disc instead of a ball obviously. Recently I’ve got into sailing as well, and obtained a Day Skipper license.
There are a lot other things to know about me, but I can’t be bothered to write them all down. Just read my blogs and check out my photos. That’s the best way to learn about me ![]()
